Sun Center is a modern mixed-use office / retail / entertainment complex located in the heart of downtown Gainesville. The retail and restaurant spaces at Sun Center East are located around an air conditioned indoor mall and outdoor brick courtyard with entrances to the building from 2nd Place or 4th Avenue.

Sun Center West offers a spacious lobby entrance off Main Street for this grade "A" 2-story office building with glass enclosed elevator and 2nd floor offices with balconies overlooking the outdoor courtyard.

Parking for both buildings is located on-site and the buildings are serviced by Cox Cable, Gainesville Regional Utilities and AT&T. More parking is available on-street, at the Main Street parking lot and one block away at the Downtown Parking Garage (on SE 2nd Avenue).

Limited opportunities exist to become a part of Sun Center. One restaurant/nightclub space, one retail space and a few offices are currently available. We are actively looking to complement the current tenant mix with some exciting new businesses.
